Trust Portal is the live, shareable page your customers and stakeholders visit. Trust Portal sections such as Compliance, Controls, Subprocessors, FAQs, and Updates are displayed only when they contain published data. If a section is empty, it's automatically hidden from the customer-facing portal. If no data has been published across any Trust Vault section, visitors will see an empty page, as shown below. All sections, such as Compliance, Controls, Subprocessors, FAQs and Updates, are hidden from your Trust Portal when no data is available, and appear automatically once content is added. No. Section visibility is managed automatically based on whether data exists. If you add content to a section, it becomes visible. If a section has no content, it stays hidden — no manual toggling required. Make sure the content has been saved. Draft content won't trigger a section to appear in the customer-facing portal.
