Step 3: Add a custom domain

Set up a custom domain to host your Trust Portal, such as trust.yourcompany.com. This makes your portal look more professional and builds credibility with visitors.

Step 4: Add content

Now for the important stuff — populate your Trust Portal with the security and compliance information your customers are looking for.

Step 5: Configure clickwrap NDA

Protect your sensitive documents by setting up a clickwrap NDA. Visitors must agree to your terms before they can access private materials.

Pro Tip!

You can click this button at any time during setup to see how your changes will appear to visitors. Feel free to preview as often as you'd like—it's a great way to catch any tweaks before going live.

Step 8: Launch and announce your Trust Portal

It’s time to go live!

  • Share the link to your Trust Portal with customers and prospects

  • Add it to your website, email signatures, and sales materials

Step 9: Manage user access requests

Keep an eye on requests for private documents and respond as they come in.

Step 10: Review analytics

Track how visitors engage with your Trust Portal using the analytics dashboard.
