Integrate New Relic

Prev Next

The Scrut-New Relic integration fetches user access data, permissions, and role assignments from your New Relic account and sends it to Access Review in Scrut. This integration enables your organization to maintain comprehensive visibility over user access rights and streamline periodic access reviews for compliance and security.

Heads Up!

The data synced from New Relic flows into the Access Review module in Scrut.

Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, ensure you have the following permissions for your New Relic account:

  • Account Information: New Relic account login credentials

  • Access Level: Admin or authentication domain manager access to fetch the User API key

  • Permissions: Scrut requires the following permissions to fetch access review data:

    • Personal API key with user management permissions

Pro Tip:

We recommend logging into your New Relic account before starting the integration to avoid doing so later.
