How to View an Audit Request

Prev Next

What are Audit Requests?

Auditors create Audit Requests to gather specific data related to an ongoing audit. Once these requests are created, designated assignees are responsible for providing the necessary data directly through the request. This streamlined process ensures that the audit workflow is structured and organized, making it easier to request and manage audits effectively within Scrut.

Viewing Audit Requests

The Requests tab in the Audit Center serves as a centralized repository for audit findings, enabling auditors and stakeholders to manage and address concerns systematically. It also makes it easy for all relevant parties to quickly view all requests along with their metadata. This, in turn, facilitates timely corrective actions and strategic improvements, ultimately enhancing the overall integrity and effectiveness of the audit process.

You can also zero down and view requests specific to an audit. For this, navigate to Audit → Audit Center and open your preferred audit. Once you’re on the audit page, scroll to the Requests tab to view all requests specific to an audit.
