Mark an Evidence Task as Relevant

Prev Next

When an evidence task that was previously marked as “Not Relevant” becomes applicable or necessary, you can flag it as "Relevant." This ensures that it’s included in all compliance-related metrics on Scrut's main dashboard and Evidence dashboard. You have two ways to mark an evidence task as relevant:

How To Mark an Evidence Task as Relevant

  1. Sign in to Scrut, and click Compliance → Evidence Tasks on the left navigation panel.

  2. Go to the All Evidences tab and select the evidence that you want to mark as relevant.

  3. Once you’re on the evidence details page, click the three-dots icon Three-dots icon.pngat the top right and select “Mark as Relevant.”

  4. Scrut will mark it as “Relevant” and revert it back to its previous status.

How to Mark Multiple Evidence Tasks as Relevant

  1. Sign in to Scrut, and click Compliance → Evidence Tasks on the left navigation panel.

  2. Go to the All Evidences tab and select the evidences you want to mark as relevant.

  3. Click the Edit icon Pencil icon.png at the top of the evidence table.
